August 5th saw Honorable Minister Mark Scotland and Miss Teen Contestants on YouthFlex during the summer season of Leadership. The contestants talked about how the pageant experience has already changed their live while the Flex Crew discussed topics with Minister Scotland ranging from the economy to the environment and youth provision.
