On November 3rd our guest were staff members of the Youth Services Unit and members of the Cayman Islands Youth Assembly. They were talking about the upcoming 3rd National Youth Forum and some of the issues the CIYA have resaerched in the past and has presented their position on the issues in terms of Position Papers to the Minister responsible for Youth Affairs.
